This policy covers the City Church International website at ccihk.com.

What this site is

The site tells visitors who we are, when and where we meet, how to watch or listen, and how to give. There are no user accounts or logins on this site.

What we collect

• Language preference. If you tap EN or 繁體, we store that choice in a cookie and in your browser’s localStorage so the next visit can open the language you picked. We do not read your browser language header and we do not switch language by location.
• Messages you send. WhatsApp, email ([email protected]), and bank-transfer receipt emails are ordinary correspondence. We use them to reply and, for gifts, to issue a receipt when you ask.
• Giving. Bank transfers go through HSBC. Card gifts are processed on Stripe’s checkout page, and Stripe emails your receipt. We never see or store card numbers.
• Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not set cookies or collect personal data.
• Embedded players. YouTube (live and video), Apple Podcasts, and maps are provided by those companies. Their players and pages may set their own cookies. See each provider’s privacy policy.

The site has no online shop, and this policy does not cover the old CCI App.
