Children’s ministry
The children’s ministry at City Church International is anchored in and centered on our firm conviction and revelation by faith that when any child or adult is ‘born-again’ - no matter what their age - they receive the total, complete and full measure of the Holy Spirit; a child does not receive a baby spirit! A child's ability and capacity to experience the presence and power of God, to hear His voice, to praise and worship Him, to prophesy and heal the sick, and to operate in gifts of the Holy Spirit is the same as any born-again spirit-filled adult’s.
City Church International children’s ministry equips and encourages children to grow in their relationship with their God in a safe and supervised environment. We do this by opening up the word of God to children through appropriate lessons with structured objectives, worship sessions, times of individual and group prayer, soaking in the presence of the Holy Spirit, drama and other creative activities.
Groups cater for children up to 15 years old:
- Infants, toddlers and their mums.
- Three to 5 year olds.
- Six to 10 year olds.
- Ten - 15 year olds.
